Who we are

Pink Elephant Products and Events L3C offers healthy, sustainable solutions for people and places, with a focus on extended producer responsibility.  Our vision encompasses:

  • Eco-friendly, refillable home and body care products and fresh, locally produced food

  • Recycling and Composting at the point of sale

  • Zero Waste Event services including composting, recycling, food rescue, and certified compostable disposables

We manufacture eco-friendly cleaning and home care products, cosmetics, and personal care products.  We also offer feminine care and maternity products, gardening products.  pure, undiluted organic essential oils, healthy-living gifts accessories, organic candy and gum, and organic loose-leaf teas. Our essential oils are not diluted with carrier oils, and we do not need to charge outrageous prices in order to compensate a downline of 'consultants' or the MLM parent company. Our products are free of parabens, endocrine disruptors, synthetic fragrance, artificial colors, phthalates, formaldehyde, SLES, propylene glycol, DEA, and petroleum distillates.  We strive to use ingredients that are as unadulterated and natural as possible.

Our retail store is located in Detroit's historic North End neighborhood, where we offer our complete product line, as well as organic and specialty groceries, and prepared soups, salads, sandwiches, and beverages.  We also have a refilling station for home and and body care products - use our containers or bring your own!  We offer in-store drop-off of compostable materials and pick-up of finished compost to improve the condition of local soils and keep methane-producing food waste out of the landfill.

We host community events focusing on sustainability and product safety.

Through our recycling programs for items that cannot go in curbside bins, we help our customers and clients approach zero waste.

We are a small, independently owned business.  We do not "greenwash" - our products are truly safe and as environmentally friendly as possible.  We are not owned by a parent company.  We practice 100% ingredient disclosure.

We package our products in refillable amber glass and paper or cardboard, and when glass is not practical, BPA-free plastics.  We use only 100% recyclable shipping materials, and our packaging is sourced locally.

We can accommodate allergies and sensitivities - please contact us at info@pinkelephantproducts.com if you are in need of a special product formulation.

We offer Zero Waste Event Services for corporate and non-profit events and weddings, including composting, recycling, and food rescue.

Our high quality ingredients are sourced from reputable, responsible, and trusted suppliers.
